Having placed an order with Jem Crafts you have the right of cancellation. If the goods have already been despatched it is the customers responsibility to return them in perfect condition at their own cost (please refer to our returns policy for instructions). The goods only will be refunded when received and checked. No refund will be given for carriage.
We have made every effort to ensure that all prices, stock levels, images and descriptions are correct. However, if an error is found we will inform you by email before despatch offering an alternative product or a refund. Should you wish to cancel your order in these circumstances then a full refund will be given for the cancelled items. |
